Job Summary
The Spa Desk Agent will provide spa guests with exceptional service when checking into or out of the Spa and/or making Spa reservations, in addition to promoting the retail outlets and increasing retail revenues.
Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.
This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
