The Superintendent is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized jobsite while driving progress through proactive planning, communication, and leadership.
Responsibilities include recruiting, organizing, training, and directing the field construction team, assuring work quality, and ordering materials and tools.

Key Requirements
Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience (4 years as Assistant Superintendent)
Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level
Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification, or achievement within six months
Working knowledge of all crafts and prior experience as foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or project engineer
Knowledge of OSHA laws
Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
