  • The Senior Director of Compliance will report directly to the SVP, Compliance and International Legal to enhance and maintain all elements of an effective corporate compliance program globally.
  • This role requires providing strategic oversight for US HCP/HCO engagement controls including speaker programs, advisory boards, consulting, grants, and donations with a focus on fair market value.
  • The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and conflict resolution expertise to partner effectively with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and patient advocacy teams.
