The Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery is seeking a Chef de Partie for a six-month fixed-term position at their location in Manukau, New Zealand. Job Summary

  • You will contribute to the achievement of high quality standards in all areas of food preparation, presentation and cooking techniques and be an integral part of ensuring excellence in service to our guests and our internal team.
  • This is a fixed term role for 6 months that will report to the Head/Sous Chef and your main duties will include; Confident, efficient supervision of the kitchen in the absence of the Head and Sous Chef.
