Job Summary
This position serves as an internal consultant leading process improvement initiatives across the mission areas of the Cancer Program and OSUWMC.
The candidate must demonstrate advanced leadership, coaching skills, and the ability to identify barriers preventing successful attainment of process improvement goals.
Projects entail traveling to various locations within the James and Ohio State University Medical Complex, including working with clinicians during non-standard hours.

Key Requirements
Masters degree in operations management or industrial engineering
4 years relevant experience with Masters degree
8 years relevant experience with Bachelors degree
Significant experience in DMAIC/Lean implementation
