Provide technical and business support to Finance Desk users for a variety of functions like trade capture, positions management, etc.
Assess risk and impact of production issues across the Finance Desk application stack and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between users/traders on the Fixed Income Finance Desk, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
