As a Journeyman Plumber at JLL, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a Class B commercial high-rise property by maintaining and repairing plumbing infrastructure.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Commercial high-rise plumbing systems
Installation and repair of water and drainage systems
Troubleshooting plumbing and pump systems
Compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
Coordination with engineering and property management teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with building automation systems
Strong customer service skills
Backflow prevention certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience with booster and recirculation pumps
Key Requirements
Valid Journeyman Plumber License
3–5 years commercial plumbing experience
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of plumbing codes and OSHA requirements
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
