M&T Bank is seeking a Senior Reporting Business Analytics professional to provide advanced support in developing reports and dashboards, analyzing data, and presenting improvement recommendations. The role involves complex analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance business processes and support departmental audits

Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for providing an advanced level of support to their unit (dept) working across several simultaneous projects/programs by developing new reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as presenting recommendations for data improvement.
  • Responsible for streamlining ongoing activities, driving continuous improvement of existing processes, and developing new processes or enhancing existing processes where required including maintenance plans, procedural documentation and custom tools for automation.
  • Take a lead role in supporting departmental audits including user recerts, compliance testing and manage the planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products and regulatory changes impacting the unit (dept).
