This role interfaces with IT and Finance Systems to align workplace data with enterprise standards while using expert Excel modeling to drive portfolio optimization, decision making, and facility spend management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in an analyst role
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
Experience with Visual Lease or Tango platforms preferred
Familiarity with real estate financial concepts preferred
