The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their individual care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills with residents and families
Ability to maintain a calm and positive environment
Willingness to work overnight shifts
Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
