Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree plus 3 yrs. Project Management experience or IT experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 yrs. Project Management experience or IT experience in a healthcare setting
  • Associate's Degree plus 7 yrs. Project Management experience or IT experience in a healthcare setting
  • High School Diploma or GED plus 9 yrs. Project Management experience or IT experience in a healthcare setting
  • At least five years’ of total combined experience in leading teams/projects
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and client server environment
  • Knowledge of information system software development standards
  • PMI's PMP certification
  • Excellent personal communication skills (written & oral)
  • Strong collaboration and meeting facilitation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
