You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to guarantee routine nursing care needs are met for every resident.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
