The Legal Operations Analyst is a data-driven problem solver and technical specialist supporting the Legal Department’s matter management and eBilling processes.
Design, configure, and maintain ONIT eBilling workflows, billing rules, and integrations with Finance/AP systems.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.

Key Requirements
3-5 years in Legal Operations, Finance, or Analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Hands-on experience with ONIT or similar eBilling platform
Advanced Power BI/Tableau skills
Strong Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA)
SQL proficiency
Experience with Python, Power Automate, or similar scripting/automation tools
