Under moderate supervision, collects and documents accounts involving Bankruptcy, Deceased Estates, non-probated Deceased Estates, and Life or Disability Insurance claims.
Reviews, monitors, and ensures timely handling of all consumer loans, lines, and credit cards in a chapter 7, 11, 12 or 13 bankruptcy status from receipt of notice through final court clearance.
