Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Salesforce and Salesforce ecosystem partner certifications are desirable
Over 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions
Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience
Proficiency in agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
