  • Over 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
