Job Summary

  • Abstract critical information from leases and contract documentation, setting up abstracted information into JLL and client database systems, and verifying data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure property, unit, tenancy, and supplier setups/modifications/terminations are processed accurately within agreed turnaround times, while maintaining 100% compliance to RICS & ISAE guidelines.
