Job Summary

  • As Customer Zero, you’ll define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across our internal Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Your work will directly enhance Sales Account Executive productivity, automate complex sales workflows, and transform how we use Salesforce’s platform to drive pipeline and reduce customer attrition.
  • You will work cross functionally with sales, revenue and platform teams focussed on AI and Agent capabilities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-cloud collaboration.
