Must-have
5-8 years CRO or web optimization experience
Proven track record of website A/B testing
Hands-on experience with form-based journey optimization
Strong understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and intent signaling
Nice-to-have
Experience in mortgage or financial services industry
Ability to balance traffic quality with conversion performance
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics platforms
Key Requirements
