The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor vital signs and report changes
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Nice-to-have
Positive emphasis and warm atmosphere
Experience with restorative procedures
Strong communication with nursing staff
Ability to work independently on shift
