Base: $19.00 - $27.92 per hour; Shift Differential: 22% for second shift (4:00pm - 2:30am); Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years regulated manufacturing experience
Ability to read blueprints and detailed instructions
Manual and automated machine operation skills
Visual and dimensional inspection capabilities
Nice-to-have
Previous light assembly experience preferred
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Experience in medical device environment
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
