Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of Lead Server or Trainer experience
Proven ability to take tables and lead service simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Comfort using POS systems
Flexible availability, including weekends
Required state health and/or alcohol certification
