Job Summary

  • Your primary goal as our Manager - eCommerce Analytics will be to manage, monitor and report on our online consumer experience to identify actionable insights for revenue, improved customer experience and guest engagement.
  • Build insight-minded dashboards, to identify and analyze trends and shifts in customer behavior across both browser and native mobile apps.
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
