Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing set-up, closing procedures, and ensuring workstations remain clean and stocked.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in as needed.
Requires knowledge of POS systems, ability to complete paperwork accurately, and adherence to alcohol policies and health requirements for food handlers.
