Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires working the night shift from 11pm to 7am while ensuring resident safety, managing bedsores prevention, and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in condition.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills for reporting to supervisors
