Job Summary

  • Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with Legends | ASM Global standards and Health Department regulations.
  • Maintain the kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion and clean all food prep areas throughout the facilities daily.
  • This position will require long periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs/elevators in a loud noise environment, and must be able to transport up to 50 pounds.
