Key Requirements
5+ years of sales management experience
3+ years focused on group sales, events, or hospitality
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Fluency in Turkish and English preferred
Knowledge of the Istanbul market preferred
