Must-have

  • 7+ years full-time commercial real estate valuation experience
  • Fluent in French and English verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Core 4 asset classes: Retail, Office, Industrial, Residential

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency with ARGUS Enterprise software
  • Experience with alternative real estate assets beyond Core 4
  • Proactive approach with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of capital markets and investment real estate themes
  • Business development and strategic client relationship management experience

Key Requirements

  • C. App. designation from OÉAQ required
  • 7+ years professional valuation experience
  • Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Economics, or Urban Planning
  • Must be fluent in both French and English
