The ideal candidate will have a current California LVN license and at least two years of relevant experience in a long-term care or subacute setting

Job Summary

  • Lead the facility’s infection control program, ensuring resident and staff safety through adherence to aseptic techniques and infectious disease management.
  • Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program, monitor infection practices, and educate staff on critical safety protocols.
  • Manage employee health programs including TB management and Hepatitis B vaccinations, while serving as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
