Spearhead end-to-end project implementation (setup → commissioning → handover). Manage vendors/subcontractors for quality, timeline, and cost adherence. Technical Leadership Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents for compliance. Conduct equipment setup, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Troubleshoot post-handover technical issues and implement corrective actions. Safety & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with Singapore safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act). Prepare and submit risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safety reports. Stakeholder Coordination Serve as primary technical contact for clients, consultants, and vendors. Lead project meetings and deliver progress updates to cross-functional teams. Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, and project documentation. Continuous Improvement Optimize project tracking methods and reporting tools for real-time visibility. Develop and deliver operational/maintenance training to clients. Job Requirements: Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Possess minimum 2 years’ experience in project engineering within construction, M&E, or industrial sectors.
