Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing Night Shift Manager leads and supervises night-shift manufacturing operations to ensure production goals and project deadlines are met safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • This role plays a critical part in enabling reliable, high-quality manufacturing outcomes that support Takeda’s mission to deliver life-changing therapies to patients.
  • As a people leader, this role sets the standard for Takeda values, coaching and developing teams to deliver strong performance and model decision-making grounded in Patient, Trust, Reputation, and Business (PTRB) principles.
