Salary

Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Additional locations: $116,600 - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants

  • 6+ years project managing ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Managing customer experience through deployments
  • Budget and P&L ownership for projects

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level
  • 6+ years of prior consulting experience
  • 8+ years for Principal Engagement Manager (P5) track
  • Working knowledge of Student Deployment Approach
  • Demonstrable experience in Higher Education customer base
