The Supplier Quality Engineer ensures products meet safety and quality standards by driving the resolution of quality issues using Otis policies and industry tools.
Candidates will be responsible for qualifying new parts through PPAP preparation and performing process audits on suppliers while coordinating with internal engineering and manufacturing functions.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
3 years minimum experience in industrial quality management
Proficiency with 8D analysis, SPC graphs, and Ishikawa diagrams
Experience conducting supplier process audits and PPAP qualification
Fluent English communication skills required
Nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of electrical and electromechanical processes
Knowledge of Czech language is a major advantage
Six Sigma or Shainin problem-solving methodology expertise
Passion for quality and customer focus
Willingness to travel up to 40% within Europe
