Salary
Base: $113,000 - $149,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience in surveillance or defense hardware
Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, GD&T
Ability to read technical drawings and requirements
Experience with PCBA, harnessing, and mechanical structures
Strong ownership mindset for project delivery
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in a technical field
3-5 years experience in low volume high complexity manufacturing
Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 standards
Experience with IPC standards and ESD prevention
Familiarity with Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Jira, and Tableau
Key Requirements
U.S. TS/SCI security clearance required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality for hardware
Working knowledge of configuration management and document control
