You will be responsible for structuring large-scale activation plans, integrating point-of-sale visibility, assortment, innovations, consumer activations, and tasting experiences, while developing standardized activation tools for the sales force.
The role involves managing a team of 2 Customer Planning & Activation Executives, fostering their development and ensuring excellence in execution through daily collaboration with commercial, marketing, and advocacy teams.
