Job Summary
This role is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations ensuring efficient systems are in place to meet professional standards for timely and sensitive responses to students’ and community members’ questions, concerns, and requests for information.
Provides care for students through addressing and responding to students’ physical or emotional health concerns, personal matters, and housing concerns.
Recruits, trains, and directly supervises Resident Assistants, Desk Assistants and other Team Members, as assigned.

Salary
Base: $70,000 - $86,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus program; Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life insurance, generous PTO, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave
