Job Summary

  • The Senior Business Unit Director for Oncology Brazil is responsible for maximizing the performance of the Oncology portfolio in Brazil, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Sales Effectiveness, Market Intelligence, and Training.
  • This role involves defining and executing Brazil’s Oncology commercial strategy, leading pre-marketing and launch strategies, and overseeing P&L and annual brand planning.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the KAM team, ensuring marketing excellence through omnichannel initiatives, driving sales effectiveness, and building strong partnerships with KOLs and institutional stakeholders.
