Job Summary
This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining the foundational governance for our global workforce, focusing on policy development, organizational compliance, and complex employee relations management at scale.
You will own the consistency and fairness of our People practices, lead critical investigations, and drive compliance across diverse global jurisdictions, partnering closely with People Business Partners and our legal team.
Key responsibilities include global policy governance, standardization, employee relations case leadership, investigations, and risk reporting to proactively address root causes.
