Proper Insurance, a leader in short-term rental insurance, is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance its partnership channel. This newly created role offers the opportunity to build relationships with property managers and real estate agents, driving business growth in a rapidly expanding market

Job Summary

  • This is a newly created role to own the reengagement and future development of the partnership channel from Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, Independent Insurance Agents, and vendors.
  • You will be based out of our Bozeman headquarters and work directly with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build, activate, and grow a national network of property manager and other third-party partnerships.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, with a performance bonus up to $40,000 annually, tied to partnership growth and channel revenue.
