Orchestrate all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion, acting as the single point of customer accountability for complex, multi-org Marketing Cloud customers.
Advise customers on adopting new features, integrating agentic AI into marketing business processes, and leveraging industry insights for future success.
