Job Summary
You will report directly to the Manging Quantity Surveyor and you will be expected to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of Project(s).
Key responsibilities will include quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages, liaising with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
Assist in the management and development of junior commercial staff and ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current on industry changes and innovations.
