Job Summary

• Responsible for supporting all aspects of facility operations, cleaning and maintenance, including front of house operations, venue set up/tear down, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
• Helps to recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time staff/supervisors, including maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and restroom porters.
• Position requires working all events along with non-event days for optimal venue success and involves constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting 50 lbs.+.
