Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and designing Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies to improve operations within the organization.
  • The position requires managing continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, DMAIC, and value stream mapping to enhance material flow and reduce costs.
  • Candidates must possess knowledge of US and International Medical Device and Drug Delivery Regulations including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820.30.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline

  • Willingness to work on-site and flex shifts
