Key Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPC-MH)
  • Clinical Social Worker - Practitioner in Private Practice (CSW-PIP)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) preferred
  • 4-6 years related clinical experience
  • Active state license upon hire
