Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to meet the daily care needs of each resident.
