Base: $95,200 - $142,800 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
4+ years implementing cloud-native data platforms
4+ years DataOps DevOps principles application
CI/CD pipeline implementation for data products
Experience with Snowflake dbt Airflow FiveTran
Test-driven development in data space
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with data cataloging and lineage tools
Knowledge of Atlan Acceldata security best practices
Passion for automation and efficiency improvement
Excellent communication and social collaboration skills
