Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years practical experience
  • leading numerous projects simultaneously
  • ICD 705 or secured environment experience
  • strong working knowledge accounting financial reporting
  • ability to lead individuals nationally
  • experience with Landlords developers owners
  • knowledge reading design construction documents
  • manage medium large ground-up projects
  • excellent verbal written communication
  • ability read commercial leases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Business Architecture Engineering Construction Management
