Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in geotechnical or civil engineering
  • Seven plus years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer registration/licensure in Texas
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Experience leading field investigations and lab testing
  • Ability to prepare complex engineering reports

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in K-12 market or municipal clients
  • One year of Construction Material Testing experience
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership mindset
  • Ability to bring in existing client relationships

Key Requirements

  • BS in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering program
  • 7+ years geotechnical engineering experience
  • Minimum 2 years practicing in San Antonio
  • Texas Professional Engineer licensure
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-year Construction Material Testing experience
