Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in HR or Training / OD
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business / Management, or Organizational Development
Knowledge and experience in HR, Organizational Planning, Recruitment, OD, Employee Relations, Safety, Engagement, and Development
Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred
