Job Summary

  • The Sales Manager role includes sales, marketing, and customer experience management responsibilities to help people find their perfect new apartment home while driving community occupancy and revenue goals.
  • This position offers opportunities to lead and coach a sales team, engage with the local community, and promote Gables’ initiatives including Sustainability, DEI, and Resident Engagement Programs.
