Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
12 years of relevant experience
Active Secret clearance required
CAD modeling and PLM tools expertise
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Hydraulic or pneumatic driven systems
Engineering drawing packages
Nice-to-have
Siemens NX CAD software proficiency
Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management
ASME Y14.5 expert-level GD&T
DOD and Military specifications experience
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive ownership mindset
Mentoring engineers of various levels
Key Requirements
U.S. citizen status required
Active Secret clearance at time of application
Ability to obtain Special Access Program approval
5+ years leading technical rigor on projects
Formal experience with tolerance stack-up analysis
